Liguria is a small producing area in the north west area of Italy. It is particularly suited to Olive Oil production since centuries. Liguria is a marvellous and very hard environment based on hills and mountains closed to the sea. The ancient olive trees cultivations offer to the Ligurian Producers a hard job to give to us some of the best and finest EVOOs in the world.
