• Pasquale Clemente: Sales Manager of Clemente Industry, founded in 1963 and now led by the third generation. Clemente is one of Italy’s most important companies in the mechanical sector for olive oil transformation, with over 60 years of experience in designing and producing industrial machinery and complete systems for olive mills. Their expertise focuses on technological innovation, device durability, and functional design, enabling Clemente to expand its service network across Europe and North Africa.

• Dr Andrea Giomo: Holding a PhD in Food Biotechnology, he is a distinguished international authority on sensory analysis. As a Panel Leader and member of international commissions, he applies advanced scientific models to evaluate and guarantee world-class EVOO quality.
• Pino Cipolla: Expert in international olive oil markets with decades of experience. As former Export Director for brands like Olitalia, Pietro Coricelli, and Costa d’Oro, he fosters appreciation for olive oil culture through strategic consultancy in emerging markets.

• Manuel López Ostos: Commercial Director of Agromillora Iberia, with over 3 years of experience at Agromillora, one of the world’s leading groups in nursery plant production for modern olive growing. Graduated in Agricultural Engineering from ETSIAM in Córdoba, Spain, he combines solid agronomic expertise with deep knowledge of the international olive sector. In his role, he directs the group’s commercial activities, coordinating experienced technicians in plant production, planting, and specialized agricultural services.
